Every player carries a story.
We guard it.
The player is the hero.
We are not.
Every agency says it puts the player first. Few build themselves around what that actually means: standing one step behind, and one step ahead.
The hero scores the goal, lifts the shirt, hears his name. The guardian reads the contract at two in the morning, calls the federation before the window closes, and sits with the family when the answer has to be no. We chose the second role in 2012 and we have never wanted the first.
That choice shapes everything. We do not collect players; we accompany them. We do not chase headlines; we prepare decisions. We measure ourselves not by the size of a transfer but by whether, five years later, the player would make the same choice again — with us beside him.
The story is yours. The way is ours. It has been our only sentence since the beginning, because it is the only one we need.

How the road was walked.

A desk, a phone, a conviction
BestWay Soccer is founded in London with a single idea: the player is the hero of his own story, and someone serious should be standing next to him. The first mandates are few, chosen, and kept.
The story crosses the Channel
Representation work opens in France and Portugal. Two football cultures, two languages, one way of working — read everything twice, promise only what can be kept.
Four continents, one method
The network reaches West Africa and Brazil, where so many stories begin. The principle travels with us: meet the family before the player, and build the road before he walks it.
The badge on the work
BestWay Soccer is led by a FIFA Licensed Agent (202305-2037), registered with the FFF, the FIGC (A06662), The FA (FARA1614), the FPF and the KNVB, and a FIFA Match Agent. The rules changed; the way we worked did not have to.
The quiet network
London, Lisbon, Dakar, Paris, Milan, Basel, Bucharest, Tallinn, Abidjan, Belo Horizonte, Port Louis. Four languages spoken in-house, one standard kept everywhere. The story continues — the player's, always.
Three words we keep.
Patience
Careers are long; windows are short. We refuse the rushed signature and the convenient transfer. The right move a season later beats the wrong move tomorrow.
Precision
Every clause read twice, every figure dated and sourced, every federation rule checked before the call. In this work, the detail is not a detail.
Discretion
What we know about a player belongs to the player. We do not negotiate in the press and we do not celebrate in public. The quiet deal is usually the good one.
I signed my first football mandate in May 2013. The player was Togolese, the club was French, the contract was multilingual. I was thirty, holding a Master of Laws in wealth management from Université Paris 12 and a FIFA Match Agent licence I had earned the year before, in 2012, the same month I qualified as a private pilot.
Five years before that, between 2008 and 2013, I advised professional footballers on patrimony, taxation and sponsorship across France, the United Kingdom, Italy, Belgium, Canada and Cyprus. That was my first practice. It taught me the second contract before it taught me the first.
I founded BestWay Soccer with one rule: we refuse more than we accept. We take on only the players and families we can genuinely move forward, and we grow carefully — never by volume. The roster stays deliberately small. That is on purpose.
Federations: FIFA, FFF, FIGC, FA, FPF, KNVB, FIFA Match Agent. I hold a FIFA Football Agent licence (number 202305-2037), authorised to represent minors, and a separate FIFA Match Agent record going back to 2012. The two licences travel independently. Both are held.
I am also a private pilot, fixed-wing and rotorcraft. Football led me there too — one more challenge, taken on to save time and reach my clients faster, wherever they are.
This is a small practice. We answer in person. We write in several languages. We refuse most of what is offered. The work I take on outlasts the window in which I take it on.
If you have read this far, the letter form is the way through.

Since 2026, the road is no longer walked alone.
In July 2026, All Iron Sports chose BestWay Soccer to complete its alliance. BestWay brings England, France, Italy, the Benelux and a Franco-African pipeline built before the market arrived. The alliance brings Spain and South America, capital, and every discipline a career demands.
At the heart of the alliance sits Muñoz & Arias, one of the most recognised football law firms in the world — arguing before FIFA and the CAS. Elite sports law, now in the service of every player we represent.

The story travels.
So do we.
The alliance network — four continents, one way of working.
Where we stand,
and what we see from there.

Where the story began, and where it is still steered. BestWay Soccer, London: mandates, governance, and the door to English professional football, from the academies to the senior game.
France produces footballers the way other countries produce arguments about them. From Paris we follow the national academies and the professional pyramid, and accompany French players at home and abroad — in their own language.
Lisbon is football's old harbour between South America, Africa and Europe. From Lisbon we read that traffic daily: arrivals, adaptations, and the careful first European contract done properly.
Italian football still negotiates like a craft. From Milan we follow Serie A and B, the youth sectors of Lombardy and beyond, and the particular patience an Italian contract requires.
Switzerland develops young players early and sells them well — a market of measured steps. From Basel we cover the Swiss leagues and the German-speaking corridor, where a precise file matters more than a loud one.
Eastern Europe remains one of the continent's most underread markets. From Bucharest we follow Romania and its neighbours: honest values, hungry players, and pathways west for those ready to take them.
From Tallinn we read the Baltic and Nordic leagues — small markets that develop serious professionals, and a corridor west that rewards those who arrive prepared.
A gateway to West African football. From Dakar we work close to the academies and the families, so the first move toward Europe is made on the player's terms — documented, protected, unhurried.
So many stories begin in West Africa, and too many are mishandled at the first step. From Abidjan we work with academies and families across the region so that the journey to Europe starts protected, documented, and on the player's terms.
Brazil teaches the game a particular patience: formation first, transfer second. From Belo Horizonte we scout the Brazilian leagues and state championships, and prepare South American players for the European market — paperwork included.
From Port Louis we watch the Indian Ocean and the southern African corridor — markets the big networks fly over. Quiet ground, genuine talent, and a region we know personally rather than by report.
The Spanish capital, and the alliance's home market.
Home of All Iron Sports and the Toldrá lineage.
A window onto German football and Central Europe.
The Benelux crossroads.
The Caucasus corridor — an underread talent market.
The pulse of Argentine football.
Uruguay — a small nation of serious professionals.
A career is negotiated
in its own tongue.
The languages we work in, in-house — because a player should never sign what he has only understood through a stranger's translation.
Français
The language of our French, Ivorian and West African work, and of French-speaking Switzerland — and of many families we sit with first.
English
The language of the contracts, the federations, and the market's daily conversation from London outward — our common working language.
Português
For Portugal and Brazil — the bridge between Lisbon and Belo Horizonte, both directions, no interpreter needed.
Italiano
For Italy and Italian-speaking Switzerland: a market with its own particular way of doing business — relationships first, details always.
Deutsch
For Germany and German-speaking Switzerland.
Română
For Romania and our work from Bucharest.
